Terms of use

By placing an order with Stitchy Witches you agree to these terms. All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We do our best to keep stock levels accurate — if an item is unavailable after you order, we'll message you and refund that item as soon as possible.

Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, however dye lots, screens and lighting mean colours may vary slightly from what you see online. Hand-dyed yarns in particular vary between skeins.

Orders & payment

Orders are packed on Fridays and dropped at the post office as soon as possible. Payment is processed securely at checkout — we never see or store your full card details. See our Shipping page for delivery rates and Returns for our 30 day returns policy.

What information we collect

• Your name, email, phone number and delivery address, so we can process and post your order.
• Your order history and any messages you send us, so we can help with questions and returns.
• Your email address if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter (you can unsubscribe at any time).

How we use and share it

We use your information only to fulfil your order, keep in touch about it, and — if you've opted in — send occasional news and offers. We share the minimum necessary with the services that make the shop work: our online store and payment platform, and Australia Post for delivery. We never sell your personal information.

Cookies

Our store uses cookies to keep your cart working and to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the shop may not work as expected.

Access, changes and contact

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email patty@stitchywitches.com.au or text 0423 121 324 and we'll take care of it.
