Stitchy Witches proudly collaborate with the-one-and-only Janie Crow to recreate her original Persian Tiles blanket colourway. Originally inspired by Persian and Moroccan architecture, this pattern is made up of 16 octagons and a variety of granny squares and granny triangles to create the finished look.

Using a well-known and loved Australian yarn brand, Fiddlesticks, we have created a locally-assembled Persian Tiles kit, starting with the original blue colourway especially for Australian Janie Crow fans and any crochet lovers of gorgeous blankets 💖

Fiddlesticks Superb 8 is a soft & vibrant 100% anti-pilling acrylic Australian-brand yarn. It is gorgeously lovely to work with and the perfect yarn for our local Persian Tiles version. 

Not only the yarn and pattern booklets + yarn substitution details, the kit also includes a gift of two of gorgeous crochet stitch markers and a mini tin featuring Janie Crow’s designs to store them. These beautiful accessories are exclusively produced by the popular UK small business, Emma Ball in partnership with Janie herself 💘

You will need crochet hooks size 3.5mm, 4mm and 4.5mm. The blanket will measure approx (depending tension) 115cm x 115cm.
